Dietary Fat Intake

A higher dietary fat intake of the right sources improves insulin sensitivity and results in a more balanced level of blood sugar. This being the case a fat burning environment is facilitated. Carbs of course will increase insulin varying widely on combinations of foods, timing, fiber levels etc. The level of glycogen also plays a role, when full the body will utilize glycogen for fuel, however stored body fat becomes the preferred source when glycogen levels as well as the body is forced use something for fuel. A low level insulin allows for this to be an efficient process, when insulin is low glucagon can also go to work as they have an inverse relationship. Many will argue about the role of glycogen levels and energy, but fat becomes a very efficient fuel when the subject becomes adapted. Fish oils are a near perfect fat source as long as they are not spoiled or contaminated. They improve insulin sensitivity and are easily converted to fuel while also proving more raw materials for anabolic hormone production. As you know test will help to reduce body fat when naturally elevated. As of late there are more than a few experts including dr. Serrano who do not advise using flax oil often during a fat loss phase as the higher omega 6 levels are not beneficial for this goal.I think many people have mistakenly put pro levels too high while dieting as they will convert to glucose during a low carb status. Dietary fat and fiber intake will minimize this. I would say over 1.5 to 2.0 grams per pound can create body fat accumulation. This is why I suggest keeping fat levels so high.

THE IMPORTANCE OF BLOOD MONITORING

Despite the recent trend for sections of the medical community to try and convince the public of the safety and effectiveness of Testosterone Enanthate as a contraceptive, once again I think they are lying to us. Isn't it funny how the same idiots were telling us a few years ago about how anabolic steroids (which are mostly safer than testosterone) were not only ineffective in improving athletic performance, but they would kill you? In fact, I'm sad to say there are still those out there sprouting this crap. But now they tell us that there are no side effects from 300mg or even 600mg of TE a week. I don't know about you, but I find that hard to believe (I know I would be wanting to kill everyone if I was on 600mg TE/week; reported side effects were acne in about 5% of subjects and breast tenderness in 3%). Oh, and they did notice a slight weight gain (funny that, I thought they didn't increase muscle mass!!). The unfortunate thing is they tell you what they want you to believe, which may or may not be the truth. More information at:
